Yeah. I know. I haven't written in a while.

Why? No, it isn't SARS and I haven't succumbed to Mad Cow Disease. I caught a brutal cold from a coworker and it's especially brutal. I've only just ventured back to work and people are glaring because I am still a bit visibly sick. I don't care though. I really had to get out of my house and get some sanity in my life. Any more daytime telly and any more partying noises from the s***heads across the street until all hours of the morning and I might have murdered my family. I'm better now though.

So, what's been happening?

Well, we had Mad Cow Disease reported in Canada. Here are a collection of news stories regarding the reports. Someone in the office says that in the UK it has been reported that there are 17 cases. A bit more than what we have heard of here. You be the judge.

As well, we are back on the SARS list. Does anyone else smell conspiracy? Is this retribution from the Americans for our non-involvement in the Iraq invasion?

Speaking of SARS, we have had news of an all-SARS station starting up in Singapore. Is it a comedy station? Will they be doing SARS stand-up?

During my time at home with this illness, I have read every magazine in the house. I had picked up the latest Q Magazine with the White Stripes on the cover and found this bit that claimed Samantha Fox had come out as a lesbian. Is this true? Or is it just another Anne Heche stunt? I suppose that naughty girls really do need love...

And, what's with Jewel? I saw her in a dance video the other day. Then I read that she is, while still sticking to her folksey messages, has put out a dance album. I must say that I don't mind the new direction. I found she was far to folk for me before. You can check out the video and other stuff here.

Well, my dear readers, I must go and eat my lunch now. My hearing is not quite 100% because my head is a little stuffed but I think that I will go to the Vietnamese soup restaurant and have some noodle soup after work and clean out my sinuses.

Catch you later...

Oh. And if anyone can help with ideas of how to get my noisy neighbours to refrain from partying every weekend until the early hours, I would love to hear from you. The more creative the idea, the better.

Thanks for reading!
